ELSTOB & ELSTOB Fine Art & Antiques 23 October 2021, at 10am 327 A PAIR OF BRASS BARRELLED FLINTLOCK PISTOLS, mid to late 18th Century, by Millward, barrels 8¬æ-inches, both engraved ‘LONDON’ along the top flat of the octagonal breech, each double struck with the Tower Private Proof mark of crown over crossed sceptres, trigger guards each with engraved pineapple finial, one further engraved with flowerhead to underside of guard, turned brass ramrod-pipes, bone-tipped ramrods, each with vacant brass shield cartouche to top of stock and oval brass cartouche to side.
